I had no where to go and this was the first place I applied to the manager was very kind and helpful got me in quick and worked with me its a nice place. I am glad she helped me and now I have a place I can call home.

The best part about this place is the hot water is extremely hot. Maybe a little to hot. Also the fridge is so cold my milk is the perfect temperature for me. I like to keep glass mugs in my freezer just for milk.

The Peaks at the Park leasing office is a standout in both design and service. The newly remodeled space is modern and inviting, and the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in your needs. They make the leasing process a pleasure, setting a high bar for what a leasing office can be.

It has taken a long time to get the pool up. There is also the laundry rooms, they took a while to get workable washers and dryers into them. It is getting better weekly, and I do appreciate the upgrades ad they come along.
